Refresh frequency has two tiers: every 12h under $500, every 4h from $500 — so arrivals, rollovers and discharges surface sooner. Tracking coverage is the same on every pack. What changes is refresh speed, how white-label, team collaboration and the Developer API are unlocked, and human-support priority. White-label, team members and Developer API: under $500 is a limited-time trial (owner only for teammates); $500 and above is unlocked permanently with unlimited teammates and no per-seat fee. Is there a monthly fee?
No. ShipmentBeat is fully prepaid — you only pay for what you track. There is no subscription, no seat fee, and no minimum commitment.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record assigned to your checkout (currently Creem.io or Waffo). That provider is the seller of record for the purchase and handles invoicing and applicable taxes.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are generally non-refundable, but reach out at [email protected] and we will do our best to make it right.
How do I get the $500 white-label?
Top up $500 or more and we unlock custom white-label and team collaboration together, for a limited-time offer: upload your logo, set your accent color, remove the ShipmentBeat badge, embed tracking via iframe, and invite unlimited teammates with no per-seat fee. One-time unlock, not a per-head sale.
Do I pay again when a shipment refreshes or sends an alert?
No. You pay once after tracking data is fetched, and we keep tracking it through delivery — automatic refreshes, manual re-checks, change detection, email alerts, and webhook triggers never cost extra credits.
How do free credits work, and how do I get 100?
New accounts get 50 credits at signup (about ten one-container subscriptions), valid 30 days. In the App, complete your company profile (industry, company size, monthly volume, how you found us) for 50 more credits, also valid 30 days. Together that is up to 100. You can start tracking with the 50 without filling the profile. You cannot claim 100 as a single grant.
