We freeze the baseline estimated departure/arrival on the first crawl, then reconcile every update: on time or delayed, by how many days, how long in transit — all in one card. Every shipment on the same sailing sees the same baseline, no drift by lookup order. Even when a carrier only reports load/discharge, we backfill real departure/arrival times from sailing schedules wherever possible.
